Deep, savoury, with nectarine & tangerine and lifted herbal notes. The grapes underwent 100% whole bunch maceration for between 30 to 50 days. Fermentation was finished in oak and stainless steel for ageing on gross lees for a minimum of 10 months, with natural MLF, no filtration or fining.
