A bold white from the Dolomites in North Easter Italy. This wine gained the lovely floral nose that Riesling offers with the citrus notes of Pinot Bianco - varieties that crossed to make the Manzoni Bianco. Skin fermentation gives it a slight cider-esk quality as well. Its lush mouth-feel and dry finish make it a great aperitif, but it would also pair very well with salmon or tuna. A great food wine.
