Unfiltered 100% Nero d’Avola (Nero di Lupo means 'the black wolf'). Vinification at COS has recently moved away from barrels and stainless steel to cement vats. This wine is aged for 18-24 months before being released. Red wine with remarkable finesse and rich fruit flavours balanced, by flinty notes. No chemicals are used in the vineyards and only natural yeasts undertake the fermentation.
