This Sauvignon is frigging delicious! Hand-picked grapes from organically cared vines are pressed, fermented in stainless-steel vats with natural yeasts. The vat is moved outside overnight in early spring when the temperature is cold to settle the sediments. The wine is then bottled.
This Sauvignon has pretty aromas of apple, melon, citrus fruits and hay with a slight touch of honey. The palate is round, with lovely white fruits and a touch of caramel in the finish.
