The Cerasuolo is black cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of raspberry, blueberry, carob, violet, tobacco and vanilla. The mouth follows the nose, a slightly tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body and intense flavours.
