Aromatic and floral with intricate zesty fruits on the palate and a dry, flinty finish. Think white peach, pear, some lemon peel, white flowers, stones and chalk. A tremendously good value Pouilly-Fumé.
Somontes Colheita Branco, Serra da Estrela Portugal £12
Made from indigenous grape varieties Malvasia Fina, Verdelho and Encruzado. This wine stands out for its freshness and mineral character, elegance and citrus fruit flavours.
Grillo Rupe Secca, Sicily Italy £14
This dry white wine has an intense bouquet and lovely palate of citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a refreshing acidity and a soft mouthfeel.
Mâcon Solutré Domaine Sève, Burgundy France £18
This Chardonnay bursts with apple and hints of tropical fruits. Slightly buttery on the palate with a gentle acidity. Sylvie and Jean Pierre Seve use oak carefully, not to create oaky flavours but to allow an exchange between oxygen and the developing wine. The results are spectacular.
Little Beauty Pinot Gris, Marlborough New Zealand £20
Ripe, opulent and moreish with stone-fruit characters such as apricots, white peach and nectarine. There’s a nutty hint (like hazelnut or almond) and as it ages in the bottle, it shows a bit more earthiness.
Domaine Jeandaugé Partie Fine, Gascony France £24
Naturally hazy with a zippy acidity and pretty notes of wild flowers, apricot and green apple, and a pithy citrus filling the mouth. 100% Colombard, unfined, unfiltered and no sulphur added. ORGANIC
Riesling Grand Cru Froehn Jean Becker, Alsace France £29
A superb Grand Cru with bags of minerality and soft aromatic notes. Full bodied on the palate with a good acidity and a very long finish. ORGANIC

Château du Moulin Rouge HALF BOTTLE, Bordeaux France £12
Aged for 12 months in French oak, only around 8,500 cases are made. Generous ripe black and red berry fruits alongside spice and oak. Intense palate with good concentration of fruits and elegant tannins.
Ballena del Sur Malbec, Mendoza Argentina £12
Lovely soft dark bramble fruits with a nice touch of clean and fresh herb. The fruit has a lovely almost jammy consistency yet remains clean. ORGANIC
Bojador Tinto Espaço Rural, Alentejo Portugal £14
Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, fermented in concrete tanks and matured for 6 months in french oak barrels. Intense aromas of red berry fruits and hints of chocolate. Full-bodied with soft tannins.
Fratelli Felix Rosso Vigneti Tardis, Campania Italy £16
Barbera, Sangiovese, Aglianico. A fresh and delicate red with notes of mulberry, wild herbs and liquorice, with a nice, sharp acidity. ORGANIC
Cairanne Vieilles Vignes Domaine Les Hautes Cances, Rhône France £18
Made with 70% Grenache from vines over 100 years old. Intense prune and cherry fruit with earthy aromas balanced by herbal notes, the palate has licquorice, spice and powerful tannins, which are now ageing well. ORGANIC
Quinta da Silveira Reserva Tinto, Douro Portugal £22
Vibrant aromas of wild fruits, minerals and eucalyptus—distinctive of the Silveira terroir. On the palate, it is elegant and soft, with well-framed tannins that contribute to an overall balanced composition. ORGANIC
Brunello di Montalcino La Togata, Tuscany Italy £49
Expressive aromas of black fruits and spices with herbal nuances. Juicy and ripe on the palate with smoky notes and cherry fruit flavours, this is a complex wine with great depth and structure. Sourced from vines lying on clay soil and aged for 36 months in Slovenian oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle.
Charmes de Kirwan Margaux MAGNUM , Bordeaux France £79
True to its Margaux roots, the second wine of renowned Château Kirwan is a plush, fragrant claret that's full of blackberry, blackcurrant, black cherry and spice aromas. A delicate blend of traditional Bordeaux grapes, it has a high proportion of Merlot, giving it a supple mouthfeel and delicious plummy notes.

Château D’Ollières Rosé, Varois-en-Provence France £18
The blend is 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah; this perky pink has good freshness, delicious floral fruit and refreshing spiciness. As Provence as it gets.

Cream Sherry Cruz del Mar, Jerez Spain HALF BOTTLE £12
Very elegant sherry made by blending 75% Dry Oloroso with 25% Sweet Moscatel (Muscat) from Chipiona, followed by oxidative ageing in oak barrels using traditional solera system.
This wine is rich, full bodied, dark and slightly sweet with nuances of toffee and dried fruits. BIODYNAMIC
Banyuls Rimage Clos de Paulilles, Languedoc France £18
With summer pudding, dark cherry, mocha, prunes and carame flavours, this delicious red dessert wine works with blue cheese, chocolate desserts, mince pies, grilled figs, cake and dark chocolate. 50cl bottle
Dows Vintage Port 1997, Douro Portugal £75
Spicy plum, warm thyme, and faint clove thread themselves in. The palate has black cherry and cracked black pepper, with a smokiness that grows on the finish, transforming into something herbal and minty. High acidity that sticks around long after a sip, and generous tannin. ORGANIC
