A Chardonnay in the ouille style, fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and raised in old, 1200L barrels. This would appeal to seasoned Chablis and Mersault drinkers with complex fruit and walnut aromas, and an excellent structure anchored by a piercing mineral core.
