Dark pink in colour. Aromas of strawberries and cream with a touch of mint. Dry, fruity and crisp on the palate. Juicy flavours of red fruits and cherries come through with a good burst of acidity and a fresh finish.

This rosé is a full bodied combination of Syrah and Grenache and can be drunk all year round but is particularly good as a summer aperitif or with weightier seafood dishes.
