A clear pale-lemon with green hues, the nose displays enticing aromas of honeysuckle, peach and lychee. On the palate, medium-bodied with a well balanced acidity. The finish is fresh with a touch of spice.

This particular white is a blend of every white grape grown on the estate: Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerian with a splash of Chardonnay. All the grapes are grown organically, without any systemic fungicides, pesticides or herbicides and fermentation takes place naturally in stainless steel.
