A bright ruby-red in colour, look for complex aromas of redcurrants and raspberries with a touch of orange peel. Medium-bodied on the palate with excellent acidity and packed with further layers of black cherry and red fruits. This particular red is a blend of 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache and 20% Syrah. All the grapes are hand-harvested from low yields and enjoy a long maceration with the skins thereby extracting all the flavours.
