Loading... Please wait...A pale straw yellow in the glass with greenish tinges. The persistent mouse carries with it aromatic notes of apricot, apple and pear. On the palate, light and fresh with a cleansing acidity leading to a lingering finish which suggests further exotic citrus flavours.
This particular Cava is a blend of Macabeo, Parralleda and Xarel.O and fermentation takes place via Methode Champenoise before being aged in bottle for 16 months prior to release. Dry with a vivacious mousse, this makes for a perfect aperitif.
