The Las Panzudas is the baby cuvée. Fermented and aged in tinajas (‘Panzuda’ means ‘paunchy’). Shorter maceration, modest addition of sulphur. 100% Garnacha. Certainly a Priorat in terms of ripeness, minerality and structure, but it has an earthy, rustic quality from the tinaja.
