Made from a blend of mostly Cabernet Franc and a small amount of Petit Manseng, this wine offers a beautiful salmon pink color with fine bubbles. On the nose, it boasts aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries, followed by notes of citrus and white flowers. Upon tasting, the wine delivers a mix of red fruit and citrus flavours accompanied by a fresh acidity. This wine is elegant, lively and incredibly delicious.
