Jo Landron's wines are pure and expressive. Fresh, crunchy pears and a lemony hint on the palate, and a mineral, crispy character.

The fruit is harvested by hand before transported to the cuverie where it undergoes a pneumatic pressing. The must is then allowed to settle and ferment naturally in glass-lined temperature-controlled vats, keeping the freshness as vibrant as it comes.
