Sparkling red, made from Negrette, a local grape variety from Fronton. A low-alcohol, zero sulphur slimline goodie, dark pink in colour and discernibly sweet. It has a nice mousse and oozes sweet cherries, raspberries and peardrop flavours. Perfect for fruit based desserts.
