Very pleasant fruit that rides the line between plush and juicy. Though the wine is forward in style, it is still unmistakably fresh and aromatic. Black plum, bing cherry, garrigue, and a touch of red pepper. A spicy blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.

Thierry Navarre's "gardens" are on steep slopes high above Rocquebrun, in Saint-Chinian. These are beautiful sites on soils of brown schist, where Thierry has old vines of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache as well as forgotten varieties such as Oeillade, Terret and Ribeyrenc, tended organically.
