Grapefruit, tropical notes, gooseberry and honeyed citrus.The wine is nuanced and structured, dry with characteristically mineral and herbal flavours and aromas.
Organic Gruner Veltliner and Neuberger grapes were hand harvested. Fermented on the skins with indigenous yeast in stainless steel before being moved to old oak where the wine aged. No filtration, fining and just a small amount of sulphur added.
