A blend of Friesa, Dolcetto and Barbera. A long maceration on skins, natural yeast ferment, ageing in large barrels and bottled without filtration. It’s been in a bottle for over a decade - so allow it to breathe until its true aromas of damsons, forest fruits, wild herbs, mushrooms and liquorice come to the fore.
