Brilliant straw yellow in colour with greenish tints. On the nose it has a perfumed bouquet suggesting golden apple and melon aromas, a steely, minerally backnote and scents of toasted pine nuts and basil. In the mouth it is rich but dry, with gentle acidity and minerally depth balancing soft flavours of sweet almond, dried herbs and apple.
