Dark ruby colour, aromas of blackberry, myrtle and gentle spices.

The vines are grown on clay-limestone with lauzes (flat stones) and some rolled pebbles. Grapes undergo strict manual selection, are destemmed, lightly crushed and given a five day maceration.
